Changing Order
We try to full fill the order received
from you as soon as possible and try to forward it. If you wish to add more

We will try our best to accommodate your request.
Incomplete Transaction
If your transaction could not get
completed, please go the order history section in your account profile. Please check
the order history section in your account. You can reclaim payment for all your
eligible orders.
Purchase History
You can check your purchase history by logging
into your account in the account history section.
Delivery Time
An expected delivery date is specified
at checkout. Delivery usually takes 3 to 5 days.

We accept all all Mastercard, Visa and
Rupay credit cards (Domestic)
Cash-on-delivery payments
We currently do not accept
Cash-on-delivery orders through our website. If you want COD option please
order our products through Flipkart, Amazon or Snapdeal.
Error In Transaction
At times, the payment acceptance may get
delayed due to server down. We recommend waiting and rechecking after an hour.
As soon as your payment is confirmed, we will send you a mail, SMS &
WhatsApp message confirming the same. In exceptional cases, please email us
at support@nkushflours.com or
WhatsApp on 9643248209 and we will solve your payment issue on priority.
Changing Account Details
Please login into your Nkushflours
account and choose ‘edit’ option. Here you can change your E-mail ID &
Password. Please go to the profile section in the menu under your details
section if you wish to edit address or contact details.
Disputes
and litigations shall be within the exclusive jurisdiction of Delhi
Courts.
